Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of the purchase date for digital products sold directly by Digixo.in.
• The issue must be verified first. We require a remote access session via AnyDesk to inspect the issue with the software or web application.

If the issue is verified from our end and deemed unsolvable, a refund will be processed.

Non-Refundable Products

• Affiliate products (e.g., from Amazon, Hostinger, Skydo, etc.) are not covered by our return policy. You must follow the return and refund policies of the respective merchant.

Order Fulfillment

• Orders are fulfilled after payment confirmation (UPI payment).
• Product access will be granted within 24 hours after confirmation, typically fulfilled instantly.
